Braemar Camera – situated on the A93 heading towards Glenshee ski centre.
Please consider donating to help keep the Cock Bridge camera active. Click on the Just Giving Image.
Images are updated once per minute to allow you to see the road conditions and if the snow gates are closed. If you do not see an image this is due to the camera uploading a new image, if you wait until the next page load or refresh the page the image should appear.
All the cameras have heating elements built into them, so if the image is blocked with snow blowing onto the lens it should clear quite quickly. No images are retained.
Please be aware that these cameras are funded by the individual local community councils, not by any government funds. We try hard to maintain the cameras and keep them functional but they are in exceptionally hostile environmental settings with constant power outages and internet downtimes so please always check the date stamps on the individual feeds to make sure the image is current.
Email address for issues, or suggestions can now be sent to: admin@snowgatecameras.co.uk Please be nice, this is voluntary! However, if this is abused it will be shut down.
