A woman who fell from the stands to her death during a graduation ceremony at Ohio State University last weekend has been identified as a Georgia resident, authorities announced Tuesday.
Authorities said via a social media post that a suspect of unknown description took off in a vehicle, and a man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
