.The first round of precipitation is over and brought widespread rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches, heaviest near Austin to Byron Minnesota and across all of northeast Iowa. There have been reports of ponding of water and small creeks exceeding their banks. Additional rainfall amounts this evening are expected to be around an inch.
