Is the video from the Watkins Glen Webcam recorded? On Thursday, July 3rd there was an incident during the storm where a pontoon boat became lodged between the pier and Capt Bill's dock while trying to escape the storm. The 8 passengers who were on board escaped injuries but were traumatized.
