It was rough night for us over in Seabeck WA. Winds were gusty and the rain never ceased. Lost power around midnight, Still w out power. I was at the marina in Everett when this storm began Sunday evening. Had to leave our friend there to wait out the storm before he could sail his newly acquired sailboat to Olympic View Marina in Seabeck. He was supposed to lmk when/if he was leaving. I have yet to hear from him. I looked at the webcam at Anthony's.the boat appears to be gone. We had a few problems w the pull cord breaking after a stall. When we left to drive home to Bremerton he and his dog were last seen tied to the ferry dock. The boat was in a terrible spot on the outer side of the pier. We had a heck of a time getting the boat and dingy to the peer to tie up. The current is very strong there. Wondering if anybody recalls seeing this sailboat leave. It's a Newport 27' what/red. He did not have a cell phone only a tablet. His family are home anxiously waiting to hear from him. Very worried .
